my son aged 14 who is always on the net gaming joined in the meditation and stayed focused throughout the session, loved it and has just gone to bed really great to see him so relaxed as any parent I hope the seed has been planted

I love this meditation. Listen and feel the space and silence within you! That feels good! Feeling it as a mother and being the child, so comforting inside the self.
