A little of the red curry goes a long way. Next time maybe add water make sure you had enough sauce then put the fish. I love Green thai curry with the coconut milk, chicken and zucchini l. Do they make a green curry kit too?

Definitely needed more sauce in that Thai curry. Sinceres in sando has the Thai curry paste in packets and tubs, just use ur own coconut milk and regular sugar and spices.
