To anyone reading the comments, those baskets are well worth buying, I bought them before christmas and use them all the time now, I used Grahams links so I knew they were the right size as well as giving Graham and Wendy the kickback. I get far more use out of my cosori pot now, which I love. Thanks again for the fab video Graham

Thank you for that lovely comment. Running the pressure cooker alongside the air fryer seems the perfect answer to us. It’s hard for me to explain how good and how big a difference the baskets do make. It is a little scary ordering the right ones so our link is very useful. We do get a small commission which does help. Thanks again 👌👍

I bought a pack of spare sealing rings for my Instant Pot and they come in mixed colours so I use a different colour for desserts etc so the smell doesn't transfer from the one I use for curry or chilli etc,my Instant Pot is the Duo Plus Air Fryer with the two lids so I pressure cook my chicken and then change the lid to air fry and then brown it off.wish I had room for one of those ovens but I don't, Another great video guys the food look lovely

Graham, Just a tip. Like most ovens, you should be able to take the inner glass oout for cleaning. Also you should be able to remove the door. Might make cleaning a litle easier.

Hi Graham and Wendy, the dinner looked lovely, i would definitely eat that. I had to laugh when Wendy whipped hers away. I've ordered a chicken on my online shopping, it's coming tonight. I've ordered some radishes and celariac, i've got a courgette in the fridge and i wanted some white turnips but couldn't get them. I'm going to try roasting them in the air fryer for a change. I've never had celariac before so i thought i would give it a try

Hi Sandra, Wendy keeps whipping her dinner away because we’re always hungry by the time we’ve filmed. I thought celeriac and courgette were big American cars 😂😂😂😂😂roasting in the air fryer is great just faster like most things. 🥰❤️😘👍

Graham, you should always have the tray at the bottom of your oven above the bottom elements or you will end up smoking out your kitchen. I set of our fire alarm in the Kitchen because fat had fell on the elements.
@grahamgetsabout26727 ай бұрын
Hi Jim, I’m still not sure about this. I have had chickens that didn’t smoke but I had a larger one that did. I’m going to try a lower temperature on a longer time and see what happens. Thank you for your comment and you could be right in the end. How many chickens have you done this way as I’m new to this way of cooking as most of us are. 👏👏👏👏👍

Hello mate, what a brilliant job you did with the chicken and bless you thanks for the mention very kind of you, you can't get a juicier tasting chicken when using the rotisserie and i could see the juices coming out of the chicken when you was carving it up in a very conventional way 😂, just teasing lol and who ever said that they don't leave a mess when cooking is telling little porky pie's mine looks just like yours especially the glass but there easy to clean, the only difference i do which is just my preference is when the chicken is cooked i leave the door open and let it rest while it's still hanging on the rotisserie to rest with some foil over it so the bottom of the chicken can also let out any fat drip into the drip tray, i was salivating at the end when it was dished up 😋😋x another brilliant review mate, hi to Wendy the gravy is just how i like it 😋😋 cheers 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌🍻🙏

Hi Sean, mentioning you is just the truth mate. You’ve been a big help. Leaving the chicken to rest in the oven is a good idea I haven’t thought of. We’re all learning all the time and that chicken was really good. We don’t go mad with seasoning because it just tastes good anyway. What a great video as always, the hubby and I have a good laugh and enjoy your video's. I bought my steamer basket via you. I am just waiting for you to add your harbor thermometer so I can order that too. I would like to say to your subscribers who are wary of the pressure cooker, that it is completely normal to be dubious and concerned about using the pressure cooker, we all are to begin with. Once you have tried it a few times, you will become more relaxed and confident with it. After all it is a new machine and we all have to learn how to them, this is one of the best too, no touching the actual steam valve itself. take care you two and add the thermometer please x
@grahamgetsabout26726 ай бұрын
Hi Jane, that’s a lovely message thank you. We are all learning all the time and we try to find better ways to do things if we can. The baskets in the pressure cooker are such a useful addition I don’t know why there not supplied with the machine. We would also be lost now without our thermometer as things can change very fast in the air fryers. A few people have bought a similar thermometer that is just as good. I will look for it. I’m hoping to get one with Wi-Fi that reads on your phone but they’re more expensive. Thank you again mi duck ❤️🥰😘👏👏👏👏

Hi Graham, I completely agree about the baskets, they are so handy and saves time trying to separate all the veggies, once they are cooked he he.I do have a couple of those smaller thermometers, one has the cable, but I have found that its unreliable. I was recently steam/airfrying a whole chicken and waiting for it to alert me when it was done. When it did do that eventually, I checked it with the probe on the alternate end and my other probe and it was in the high nineties. I was not impressed. Even though it was very succulent and tasted lovely. I purchased another one, similar to your harbor one, but it wasnt any better than my current one. Never mind, who doesnt like roast chicken hey. Yours seems quite reliable. thank you for replying and remembering my name x

Can I just say, you can touch anything mate providing you wash after you done. I know your trying to be cautious but your a tad over cautious 😊,it's not a nuclear bomb 🤣 Good video. I will add I've just put my first ever one, and had a nightmare, it wouldn't fit properly, was touching the element. Had nothing to tie up, since ordered string. But I had to cut both legs and wings off, which I just stuck in the baking tray I always like having that blackberry in to catch and also protect the element,as I don't want to have to clean it. But like you I'm learning, only got my Hysapienta two days ago. But I have learned, will have string and should be good. the rest of the chicken is cooking well as I type Great videos.👍

Hi mate, that’s a lovely comment. People sometimes like to pick fault but we’re all learning all the time. The first chicken I did I tied with garden string. You could have taken the lasses out of your shoes 😂😂😂😂😂😂. You might have done this but If you do another try 180c. I makes less mess and doesn’t burn the fat so much. 👍

@@grahamgetsabout2672 hi Graham, yes I like the size of it. I'm not worried about a bit of splatter, it's only to be expected, as long as i clean it up straight away after using it, there shouldn't be a problem. I can remember buying some quails to try many years ago from Waitrose, I'd never had them before, thought I'd give them a try. Followed the instructions to a tee. Bake on rungs of oven shelf in the middle of the oven on gas mark 6. Talk about splatter, I'd never had such a mess in my oven before, it wasn't half a big clean up job on that big old oven. I didn't like them that much either, needless to say, due to that and the mess I never bought them again 😂😂😂
