[RotMG] making a private server. (#1)

Hi, this is going to be a part 1 of many. The goal is to get somebody who has no idea about making games comfortable with working on their own private server. That, or get someone who's already knowledgeable in terms of coding familiar enough where they can become better than me at making servers.

Flash flex version incompatible with intellij? Which versions of both should I have? Thank you so much!

oh the other version is AIR SDK 52 but it bugs out on my client when I try to compile. 32 should work, but did you install IntelliJ 2019.1.3 or a newer version?

I downloaded 2024 intellij and got the FlashFlex plugin and the Flash SDK installed but I'm having issues with building the project now.
