Ya it can be pretty hit or miss. You can run a dungeon a hundreds and not get one. Tombs tend to drop them a bit higher.

Y u is using sphinx on u sorcerer 4:59 if u say no one likes it and it looks like a 8/8 to me and has really nice other equips and if u never get fulmis u must have brought it during the ut day thingies which costs about 2-3 life or something which is not a ability I would give to a throwaway
