If the armor is not reduced, it kinda feels like a better ninja. Like, less dmg because no shuriken but man that utility and movility is insane.

Instead of nerfing the class, just buff ninja, he's always been pretty medicore as fun as he was. Maybe turn the star into a healing proc mechanic if you hit the enemy with it, that could work.

From what i can see from the godlands demonstration, it looks like the dash invulnerability has no synergy with the heavy armor. If it is as strong as it looks, I hope the armor gets changed to robe or even leather. Sword masters in media are usually depicted wearing little to no armor anyways.

from my playing around with kensei it's been absolutely insane, especially with the st set, I've never once attempted rushing a lost halls and with kensei it was completely free, and I even almost soloed o3 (but then started frameskipping in celestial) when I struggle to even complete o3 normally, it's a little on the strong side, but risky as hell so I think it's acceptable enough

The kensei class ability reminds me of the dodge ability from rogue in soul knight or roll from darksouls with the s along with great repositioning tools

One interesting thing to note is that channeling will be canceled if you get paralyzed or silenced. You can still dash though the shots to avoid getting hit by them but if you mess up the timing that could be a death sentence. Also if you have dashes and you get quieted you are still able to use them. The way dashes work I dont think mp or wis would do the class justice in any way.

I tried Kensei class yesterday, really cool. Good for rushing dungeons & best part, I discovered free stuff on shop on the test server. Upgraded my pet yard fully & maxed my Divine pet Anyone who use the shop, just do 1 pull at a time unless it's the maxing apples cause they give a lot of stuff at 1 time. I'm advising this, so you won't spend forever clicking repeatedly to skip all the items you got PS: I still suck at dodging LOL & that is the time I understand the pain of dying after getting paralyzed (not much pain cause it's not the live server) Me using potions & die anyway, Bickuribox didn't even pick up or use any, I mean he played a lot

I’ve supported this game since 2012 but another heavy armor class that uses katanas literally feels like recycling old content. And the ability itself IS based on old content. You already know they would have made it a dagger class if it wouldn’t have made it literally a slower trickster with dark souls mechanics.
