1. If a weight of 20kg is set, is it possible to package it with little error, ranging from 20kg to 20.5kg? 2. Have you ever dealt with warm dust, around 45 degrees Celsius, that has a lot of static electricity and tends to clump together, like zinc oxide?

Dear taehoonlee5070, HAVER & BOECKER complies with the specifications on weight accuracy of the International Organization of Legal Metrology (French: Organisation Internationale de Métrologie Légale - OIML.) This means that we have a maximum of +/-1% weight deviation in the bags. Each of our filling spouts has its own weighing electronics with which identical or individual weights can be set. Our roots are in cement filling - there we pack at temperatures much higher than 45 degrees, so this temperature is no problem in filling, many products are even packed at up to 200 degrees. Technically, we are even able to pack materials at temperatures up to 120 degrees (but this requires special constructions). Even products with poor flow properties and clumps can be packed on our lines. We already fill zinc oxide with some lines without any problems. In order to be able to say more precisely and bindingly we have to have the products analyzed in our own laboratories by our specially trained, highly qualified employees in order to determine the properties and to develop the right technology for you.
