What bothers me about the penalty to Anderson and Lawrence is that Supercross IMMEDIATELY started monetizing it. I saw it posted on their facebook and instagram reels. If you are not going to condone, or you issue fines to accost riders from doing it, you shouldn't be giving it air time. I think it warranted a warning, but no fine.

Instead of continuing to roll until Webb passed, Sexton immediately went back to race speed, which is why he was in that corner at that point to begin with.

I actually love how Jett himself has more grace than his fans right now over this, Jett handled his mistakes afterward. Good on him not to make enemies for the rest of the season. He knew he let the emotions from racing get to him and got worked up over nothing but hard racing by both. He instigated the debacle calling JA over and yelling at him. He wouldn’t let it go and then escalated it by grabbing Jason’s helmet as Ando pulled away and then got the big retaliation from JA. That’s it plain and simple watch both angles and it shows. Noone is cancelling either of them and noone is gonna take this to the grave with them. Jett realizes what happened in the heat of the moment and issues an apology because they both have a whole year of racing eachother to do. Noone wants a target on their back especially from someone like Anderson or Barcia who are both masters at blocking and taking eachother out, just watch 450 sx last year before they stopped the grudge match. Both JA and Jett had it out and squashed the beef afterward so it’s done and it’s been resolved. Even as a moto fan for over 20 years and a New Mexican who’s been a fan of JA21 since he was still riding the same tracks I went to I don’t hate Jett at all lol. Especially the way he handled the resolution after he calmed down and heard it from his dad. El Hombre is a vet that just wants respect just like anyone else off the track. Here’s a good example did Cooper Webb try to start shit with Anderson after their battle back and forth at A1 NO because it’s racing you fight hard for every position so there is nothing to fight about afterward we move on. Noone hit the dirt so nothing to consider. This isn’t the end of the world Jett fans, we ride again next weekend and the way I see it there is no grudge that needs to be had between us Team Fried guys and Jettsons.

I only saw racing. Good racing from both guys. Have they all really gotten this soft? That battle would have ended with one guy picking his bike up back in the day... and no one would really be talking about it. Jett lost it, admitted he was wrong. He's a pretty sincere kid... and the last thing he wants is El Hombre to put the cross hairs on him. Funny how people are ragging on Jett for confronting JA21 for doing something that Jett obviously thought little of, yet they’re quite happy to display the exact same attitude towards 18 for what they themselves perceive as not right🤔

I think the ruts wouldn't be as bad if they made one tire pattern standard for the 450s. They have too much torque to run a mud paddle tire. Plus they detune them to make them rideable.

Regardless. Jett’s apology wasn’t an apology. Thems fighting words with a twist of fighting words offering free passes to his fanzone. I love it.

FFS why do people think that Andersons some sort of bad ass that would knock you out if you looked sideways at him?
100% on Jett! Anderson had not only the line but they are racing to win. Jett should pay Anderson's. He owned it move on!

This makes me wonder if the fans are more interesting to see drama than the racing nowdays. If that's so I'd recommend Judge Judy, Opra Winfrey or Dr Phil instead because this is in fact a Supercross championship, emotions will come whit it and has always been that way.

If the AMA is gonna fine riders for interactions like this, they should not be allowed to show replays of it on TV.

Just after letting Ap, sexton checked in the air de distance with webb. He definitely knew what he was doing, and he could see webb in the inside, he is a laper, not in the race so he had to stop if he couldn’t avoid.

Yeah, this new angle highly disappoints me in Jett, him being the first to grab (face mask) Jason's helmet. Other angle looked like it was purely Jason grabbing Jett's - bad boy, not smart move #18 : / Disappointed in you...

I disagree about et3 opinions as regardless if it was him or coop behind ap7, this same scenario could have made ap7 crash or make a bobble from just applying pressure late race so i think doing that was a great move it just didn't work out this time.
@andrettski8686 Жыл бұрын
Riders probably getting frustrated by back to back mudders doesn't help with emotional control. I don't think Jason deserves the fine. Just really happy for AP. Eli was like thinking, 'AP just lapped me, I wanna see what lines he's nailing'
