On such a small helicopter, it's hard to see the blade pitch changing twice for every rotation. I love seeing it. After I saw a video of a camera showing the pitch changes to the blades via the cyclic, I understood helicopters 99.8003% of how they worked.

around 250 to 550 rpm, depending of helicopter and type of rotor (AS330 Squirrel : rpm min 360 rpm, max = 410 rpm)

This is a semi rigid rotor system and the blades are honey comb constructed if I’m not mistaken

Absolutely! As the blades in a fully articulated system flap up and down they need to speed up (lead) as they fly up since the center of mass (CoM) moves in. Opposite happens as the blades flap down, they slow down (lag) due to the CoM moving more outwards. This is known as Coriolis effect. Think of a figure skater who as they pull their limbs in during a spin the rotation speed increases. These under slung teetering semi rigid systems don't require the lead lag hinges due to their design. As the blades teeter to allow for flapping up and down, the CoM remains relatively unchanged. A google image search of "Coriolis Effect Helicopters" should yield images that should demonstrate. this quite clearly.
