Given that the "Thunderous Uprising" in the song refers to the rise of Zeus, is the "Sweet love in Despair" a reference to Rhea, who's children were all devoured by Kronos, and hence hid Zeus from him in her despair?

I don't think you are right. "Oh you sweet love..." It's probably love it self (Philotes), the child of the glorious night (Nyx) from the second verse. Just as the thunderous uprising talks of "sons of earth and sky" (Gaya and Uranos), the elder Cyclopes. It sounds more like a prayer to the first gods to rise up and reestablish the golden age than anything to do with Zeus.

Yep, this is what I thiught... However his t-shirt states: "ΧΞΣ" so by Σ he must mean ς (I know they are both sigma), what was missleading was the fact that Σ (capital sigma if you can call it that) is also used for the number 200 (but someone else explained that it is only valid in case it is the first letter) .
