The scream at 00:18 says “Ihr seid verfluchte hunde!”. It is german and means something like “go away damn dogs!” And it is taken from the film Gladiator, at the begining, when fighting the germanic tribes. So epic! I understand now the possible meaning of the title “Welcome to Hel”. That battle versus Roman and german shoud have been very brutal. But also the song title says “Hel”, which is the underworld in the Viking/Nordic mythology. So I understand that this song it is something like the war song from germans to the Romans.
