butter lettuce
1 lb chicken breast tenderloins
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp hoi sin sauce
mix
wash and pat the chicken dry
add the chicken to the marinade
mix and set aside for 30 min - 1 hour
slice the mini peppers, 1 shishito pepper,
2 garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger,
add some oil to the pan
sauté the ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
transfer to a bowl without the oil
fry the chicken in the same oil
remove and set aside, continue with the other pieces
brush the pan with oil
place the frozen bun in the pan
cover
flip over after a minute
brush with oil
cover
brush with oil and flip over
cover
it will puff up
remove
let's put the burger together
