Hey I'm kind of a bigger person, but I want to get into this sport. It looks so cool and fun. Question How fit should I be before starting this sport. Should I start now while I'm continuing to lose weight or should I start when I get to a more athletic body?

Now ! , it takes time to learn the basic steps, start now ! It will also help you with your weight lost when you start to be able to spin. The wheel size depends on you height, not your weight. I also do duo, that's 350 pound on a 1,5 inch wheel, so don't worry about it
