Rough Animation Reel 2016

Hello guys, here is a small reel of some practice animations I have been making. For most of them I used the traditional method of pencil and paper on a light box.
Sorry I haven't been uploading videos this month! There are videos in production which will be on the channel soon.

I think 2d traditional animation on paper really catches your style better

yeah i want to switch mostly to traditional but logistically that can be difficult

Maybe try switching your brush on digital art to create a more natural lines

How did you do that with paper, did you record it with a camera? What kind? I want to try doing that.

you can take pics of every single frames and try putting them together. in windows movie maker or gif maker or something like that

I had a camera rig setup and for software I used dragonframe which is industry standard stop motion animation software

I gave 3D a go whilst at University and I should be releasing a short animation some time this week. I must say that in general, I prefer 2D.
