check on frame rail on either side of the crossmember common area to crack even in stock form

Thanks for the info. Frame rails are good. I haven't got a solid plan yet on a good fix yet. I may end up installing a solid axle and leaf spring suspension. Wouldn't have to worry about a repeat failure.

@@Rewind15Seconds big fan of leaf springs simple an works my 87 f250 hd has the ttb with leaf springs when i can get around to it its getting superduty axles
