Second-Fittest Woman on Earth Mal O’Brien and four-time Games athlete Danielle Brandon went head-to-head, taking on wall walks, double-unders, snatches, and handstand push-ups in an electric showdown.

Wow!! I can't get over the handstand pushups! I have tried to do a handstand, and I fell backward and it threw my neck out, and something happened to my shoulder :) I wonder if they get injuries doing this.. This is truly amazing!!

All of Danielle’s wall walks are no reps. Standards state “On the descent, the feet must remain on the wall until both hands are touching the first line”.

Why no reps for Mal on Wall Walks ?

On the very first rep of the workout, she moved her left hand before her left foot was on the wall--the foot had left the ground, but the standard requires "both feet have touched the wall" before your hands can move. Vellner talked about a trick on his recent 23.3 video where he kind of "brushes" the bottom of the wall with his second foot on the way up, so that he can start moving his hands a little earlier while still meeting the standard. On the second rep of her second round, she does the exact same thing.
