Such a sick idea and so enjoyable to watch+listen to. I guarantee everybody wants this but I understand schedules are hard to line up and it takes a lot of extra time and editing. Regardless, I (and I'm sure many, many others) appreciate this greatly.

I always found big stairs (tall shit) to be scarier than rails tbh (if you’re talking about some crazy rail or a certain trick that’s different, but generally speaking). I just couldn’t make myself into a big stair person, I didn’t like the idea of the impacts.

I can’t imagine nollie flipping it honestly. You have to have them down perfectly (but also have your nollie skating perfect overall), to keep it under you and keep your balance right after you pop. It’s real easy to just go flying and lose the board behind you, etc. I’d rather try the inward heel. The ghetto bird though? Fuck that.

Joslin is a beast. He's straight KILLING the game right now, but he's also like the nicest dude ever. "I wanted to inward heel WALLENBERG 😱 so the filmer got something, too." My man chucks himself down one of the most epic spots ever cuz he's looking out for a filmer. He's likely the best power skater i've ever seen and instead of being a conceited prick, he's like the kindest dude ever. So humble. Virtuoso skater; but (more importantly) a genuinely good man. Hats off to Brown Bear. Keep killing it, mate. You're winning in every way imaginable. 🙏

chris joslin skater of the year. he has so much personality in his skating, his style is far from perfect, like how luan oliviera skates, but it makes his skating interesting and accessible. so gnarly. and all those tricks he did on a broken board, he just flexes so hard, and is so humble about it. he is probably the best skateboarder alive. noone does what he does.
@samuelheart34896 жыл бұрын
Henry Heissenbuttel .. You don’t like his style??? You say Luans style is off? 😳😳😳😳 Dudes (both of them) have one the best styles out there in my book. You watch to much street league bruh
@goofballH26 жыл бұрын
no! you misunderstand, I love luan's style, his skating is like literally textbook, the first time i saw him skate was chris chann vs luan in the pros vs joes in the BOTB and when i saw him do his first kickflip at 50 mph, chest high, and stuck at the apex, my jaw literally dropped. he looks like a fucking video game! but that being said, i feel like sometimes it looks too effortless and it gets a little sterile or something. if that makes any sense? joslin's style is raw, and he goes beyond big, it looks like he is putting everything he has into landing his tricks, like he sprints as fast as he can, and does two HUGE pushes and then literally throws himself at the obstacle and commits 110% every single time, and the trick he lands does not always look perfect like how luan does all his tricks. but there is character in joslins skating, a desperation to land and roll away, and he will do what ever it takes to stick the landing. because what chris joslin is doing is so extraordinarily next level, he doesnt care if its not "perfect" pretty much every single clip in his part is ground breaking.
@goofballH26 жыл бұрын
dude i totally agree! chris is sacrificing his body for the greater good of skateboarding haha
@Sax45656 жыл бұрын
well said, I love both skaters but you're definitely right on the personality. This is one of the reasons I don't like watching micky papa skate that much, it's so sterile and robotic, albeit amazingly tech (not hating, the dude's incredible). Little imperfections make it interesting! :D
