gold bro. have a GM car that runs and stalls. we put new pump, filter, regulator, even ultrasonic clean the injectors and once a load is place aka A/C on it dies.

im driving an inline 4 Nissan, petrol, it's 14 years old. problem of mine is, my car cranks fine, my fuel pump is good. plugs changed air filter is good. no vacuum leak(s) at times esp after parking for more than 12 hrs, my car would crank fine and start. in about a few seconds it would idle rough. rough i mean real rough. the engine is literally shaking. rpm bouncing between 500rpm - 1100rpm when i step on the gas pedal either in Neutral or to drive off, it would shudder the car, it sputters sound liken a boxer engine. really sluggish acceleration only up to 3k rpm it smoothens out. at times it would start fine, idle fine, after moving my car from the parking lot and driving it for less than 5 mins and shutting the engine off, once i restart the engine it would sputter again. exhaust fumes are of awful smell. to remedy the problem for the mean time to get the car going, i have to rev it up in Neutral to about 2k-2.5k rpm for a few seconds, it then smoothens out and it drive fine. as if there was never a problem in the first place. no CEL. once i had CEL lighted up. drove it at a constant rpm of about 2-2.5k it smoothens out and CEL is gone. got a code before P0350. my question is, is anyone experiencing the same issue regardless of any petrol car you drive.

I hope anyone can answer my question. What's the logic behind clogged fuel injectors decreasing fuel economy? Shouldn't it save fuel instead, since less fuel is being injected to the engine because of the clog?

The engine is no longer running at its efficient state that got it its good fuel mileage. When its out of wack its not going to get good fuel mileage

If you've eliminated plugs and coils as the issue, and what we have is that the fuel is running rich, could that still be an injector? My thought is that if the injector isn't working, no fuel would be getting into the cylinder, right? Also, the code is throwing that we have misfires on cylinder 1 & 3, but all four plugs are becoming fouled and must be cleaned to restore the engine to run smooth (until the plugs become fouled again). Thoughts?

I have a Nissan X-Terra 3.3 v6 sneaking up on 200k miles. I've changed everything but the injectors & MAF sensor. Gas mileage is down about 3 per. gal. & the idle isn't perfect. It runs great, maybe I'm too picky. Should the injectors be changed as part of maintenance at this stage? BTW, It's a 2000 I inherited almost 5yrs. ago & now looks & runs almost new. Just dealing with the details.

Hey bud I have an 03 as well. Try some maf cleaner before replacing it. I did it on mine and helped a lot. If your not running stock size tires your gonna lose mpg and also check your air filter before your intake. Mine was nasty as hell, switched it out and gained another 1 mpg.

I bought 4 new injectors for my car, one of them has a tiny faint rattle when I hold it to my ear and shake it, has its valve spring failed? The other 3 dont make a sound when I shake them next to my ear. 🤷

Hi! i have an old toyota corolla 2006 diesel 2.0TDI. I tested the resistance between the injectors, every injector has 2 sets of 2 pins, one on the top and one on the bottom. All injectors have the same resistance on the bottom pair of pins. But the ones on the top differ, the injector number 1 and 3 have 1.24kohms and nr 2 and 4 240ohms. Any idea if those values tell something? i checked the manual, the bottom ones are in range. The two pins of the top of injector 1 and 3 are not, the range for the top is 30-9530ohms. Isnt it weird that they have the same exact value? Thanks for any advice. Great video!

My 2 problems. I have a 2005 4.0L 4WD toyota tacoma. okay. Radio wont turn on. when the raido wont turn on, the Cab lights, Passenger airbag, and my remote also will not work/turn on. IF i have the truck on for about an hour straight, or if its cold outside. these things will work. im also getting codes P0031 and P0051 H02s Heater control circuit low i bought the vehicle in early 2018 and after 6 months or so the check engine light came on. i replaced both O2 upstream sensors. and the check engine light turned off for about a month. then it came back on and hasnt gone away. so i replaced them again and it didnt go off at all. still the same codes are showing. So im going to replace the downstream sensors as well. just to see. i also changed two fuses and it turned off for 5 hours and came back on. at this point i dont know what is going on. i get about 2 mpg less than i should have.

Hello, can you tell me if I replace all bad diesel injectors with new, in my engine (Ford Focus 1.6 tdci), will it already improve obvious weak power I feel every day, or does't- perhaps if turbine pump is also demaged (during driving with bad injectors maybe). When the injector leaks, and no codes throw but high rear o2 mv and youve replaced the cats, spark plugs, O2 sensors etc. This is only on bank 2 So as per me brainstorming today, I am looking at blaming a leaking injector or two possible.

Only Ford make problem fuel system . Worst design in history . Had I know 22 years ago I would have never got this car . It’s caused me problems for sure . God help any one with this junk system.
