It’s amazing that your experience is exactly like ours! Same issue with the check in and first day! I think they do that to get more money out of us. Same issue with the room. Me and my now husband slept in two separate beds, we came her for our honeymoon. Thank you for sharing your video because it is VERY similar to our story lol 😏 nice view for us as well. The view is impressive and I think that is how they get you not to complain 😉

You guys are funny & give great info! We hated this place. Food was awful in most places, room service not great when they actually showed up & ac in our room never reached above 77 degrees . Also they misrepresented the ‘adults only’ Reserve. They had 3 or 4 families w small children there while we were there. After I did some research I found in google reviews they’ve been doing this for a few months and when I asked guest services they said yes we have been allowing children and starting next month we will not . I said that is misrepresenting in advertising but no one cared. I personal thought it wasn’t worth the money all to stay here. I’ve been next door at Marriott , JW and Ritz Carlton but wanted to try Paradisus. No one tells you there isn’t any AC through out the common areas, some restaurants and the Ginger Bar. So the minute you step out of your room you’re in a sauna like atmosphere. The greenery is beautiful but they need to keep it warm. The entertainment lacked big time & concierge we paid for was non existent. It was very disappointing.

The majority has a but the main lobby area did not when we were there. They have big ass fans on the ceiling for circulation

It would depend on the day, season ECT. We looked on the website and there was a $129.00 difference between the regular junior suite and the reserve junior suite.
