I broke out in early 2000s with a old timer toolpusher who was about 16 when he started working rigs, and didn’t get any slack like they guys today..he made you prove you have what it takes and tested you everyday..these kids today whine about it’s too heavy or hot or cold out, long hours, no lunch break, gotta work in rain and come work high and get fired..I seen dozens get canned for lazy or drugs..
