Disclaimer: Hand on heart a Doggies bleeder since I was able to choose, although I had no choice really, given my grandfather was patron of the club for 25 years. I love this developing spirit - almost a cage mentality. It's not just the players buying in, it's from Gus and Cirro, the amazing support staff, everyone saying to the league world "yeah whatever". And thank Dog the Board has remained civil ..... However - and I write this with the ultimate hope but at the same time, ultimate reservations. We are not (yet) in the same class as the top 4 teams this year, and more importantly the preceding Bulldogs premiership teams before them. We have come so far, in a relatively short space of time, but this current group have not deserved "Dogs of War" status yet. There is a long way to go, but we are certainly on the right flight path. Who knows what happens this year? I do know however, that better days lie ahead. Long live the Mighty Dogs!

Ciraldo is spot on about Reed… it’s spoken about way too much about what Reed gets up to on the field. He hasn’t overdone it, people need to find something else to talk about.
