There are lots of wood and bamboos in the mountain, in the forest WHY DON'T YOU MAKE WORKING TABLES AND CHAIRS out of these materials so you have sonething to use when preparing food. You can also make a cute nipa hut out of bamboos and grasses you'd find there so you can have decent and safer hut to sleep in for your family.

Wow, the closest thing i know that resembles this is the 'giant puffball mushrooms '. But they are traditinally found and harvested in the north americas and europe as they mostly occur in temperate and Mediterranean type of climate. I never knew they existed in tropical climates like that of south & south east asia. Also, as far as i remember, 'giant puffball mushrooms' dont have a dark greyish brown outer coating like these ones have. Both the outer skin and inner flesh should be shades of white. I am pretty sure that these are definitely a distant related species of the giant puffball mushrooms. Possibly, thair south asian cousin species. More research is definitely needed
