I don't even know where to begin with expressing how grateful i am for this video Ryan. There's such a vast amount of history and legacy between the three of you and I respect each of you tremendously as people and players in unique ways. Valle was the golden standard of how to play shotos for me. Seeing him against Daigo was a crucial turning point for me as well, especially then seeing Daigo use Ryu later in sf4 the way he did. As a Ryu main myself, Daigo and Valle incredibly impacted how much training i put in the lab to get better. What was awesome about Chris during his insane winning streak in Marvel etc with Morgan was that he stayed to himself and didn't allow anyone to break his focus. I loved how cool calm and collected he was regardless of cheers or boos from the masses and continued to win. That mental fortitude is something I both respect highly and relate to in my own life. Seeing it on such a grand scale was absolutely incredible, and impressed me more aa he went on to do so much damage with Sakura in sf4. I swear it was like this man was a cpu that NEVER mossed opportunities or dropped combos 😅. Huge respect. Speaking of being a multi game champion, you easily take the cake with that one Ryan "I've won more tournaments than you'll ever ENTER!!"😂🙌🏿🔥🔥🔥✊🏿💯 Such a legend 👏🏿 I'm a huge fan of your Sagat and Kazuya styles of play. What's most captivating about you to me personally is your overcoming of homelessness through gaming. That's a heartfelt topic for me as I relate to that circumstance also from being homeless myself for 6 years in a state with no family or close friends to help. Gaming was also a hige part of what helped me get through that period in time. I can't tell you how grateful I am for you sharing your story and how proud I am of you my brotha 🙏🏿💯 truly a tremendous inspiration and blessing. I wish you all of the best and thank you for all you've given and continue to give🙏🏿

Amazing pod, thanks Ryan and keep it going! I'm 37, still hits home and miss the arcades of the 90s. You make memories and friends from the arcades that are lifelong. Sad my kids won't be able to experience that uniquely.

Man that was way too short I feel like you guys barely scratched the surface. I would have liked to hear more about how the current scene compares to how it was back in the day, and why that change took place, if it's better this way, etc. I hope you get the guys back for round 2

Not finished watching, but the moment you added the SF1 clip feels completely unneeded. Instead you could just put a small box in the middle along thetop or bottom showing the clip muted. It would come across a lot better, and more professional. The whole space journey with all the loud sounds was also super unnecessary. Enjoying listening to what I have so far nonetheless.

Everything is great actually i see no problem with the sf1 footage. Nostalgia is over 9000!!!
@RyanHartTV8 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment. The SF1 footage was not supposed to be in the background, it was meant to be in full focus and not overshadowed by the convo. In the same way, the conversation shouldn't be drowned out by the clip, so for both measures they needed separation. The time travel prompt through hyperspace jump has a unique value but won't appeal to everyone for sure. I hope you enjoy the rest, there's a whole lot to come.
