Saw this video last night during work. Got home, ran a few exp with my buddy, got the Shotty again, slapped Fortress on it, ran thru and did some insane numbers. Normally my runs are about even with my buddy but with the mod I was out damaging him by several dozen million. At 1 point, I did more than 100 mill over him. Nutty combo. easy to use. You know if you are someone who doesn't have moaning winds or the other mod. Clip Combustion done 4 times in a row (every 2 secs but that seems quicker?) Will equal moaning winds damage. So if you have don't have Fortress. Moaning Winds and Clip Combustion together will keep you blasting in their face pretty often.

This is what everyone who plays dev is getting mad about. Dev players need specific rolls on specific gear to be viable in end game unlike other classes that still put out multiple times the damage of a dev and don't even have to come close to these specific rolls.

Dev would of been so damn hard to play and I would of given up had it not been for you! Also I got lucky enough to find mourning winds early on in the game. I put it on my pistol and my second gun. I’m using the budget bleed build as I’ve not been lucky enough to find any of the legendaries required. I went from able to solo T10 to being able to solo T14 just with mourning winds! I was doing 22mil an expedition and I’m now doing over 100mil!Thank you for this video!!

So finally people are catching on. Been doing this since the start even before Bleed Quake Impale builds became prominent. Honestly you don't even need those legendary weapons for damage. Moaning winds is your dps. Just get you 2 smgs and put Moaning Winds on both. Also put it on your pistol. Swap between the three. Smgs reload quick so its forgiving if you don't execute the reload cancel. Moaning, plus bleed Quake is a must though. Also use both bonus damage vs bleeding enemies mods. Also use bonus damage vs Elites mod. Basically the vid shows what the potential is but honestly don't even bother shooting your gun for damage. Just swap between 3 Moaning Winds and you'll be out damaging Bullet builds. Quake 3x, shoot reload swap, shoot reload swap, shoot reload swap. Rinse and repeat. Hell if you can shoot all 3 weapons to have ammo missing from the clip and you'll be able to just reload and swap due to canceling the reload animation by swapping.

The anemoi and fortress mod are a nice touch and have helped me quite a bit. I have a good devastator build but mine differs from yours in that I use double gravity leap over impale. I usually always carry my team and do well over 200k damage in a tier 14 run. Other guys that join random barely hit 100k regardless of what class they are.

Double Leap is better than Impale for sure. Impale builds aren't quite as good as a Leap/Quake build with a Protection skill to boost AP with Paladin

Fortress the best mod for all classes. Only needs 20k armor to get full 43% damage boost. Scaling on this definitely needs to be changed, should need multiple hundred thousand armor to get the full bonus.

Ive been running an anomaly bleed build with leap, quake, and golem with the scrap grenade, but ive been looking swap out the grenade in favor of something else. Im really tanky, good healing, and have been able to sustain and even gold a few expeditions solo CT 15 but i feel like im still lacking in damage, totally looking forward to your final build!

What about the Seismic Stomp? It’s an every 5 second on shot AOE. It’s 5 meters but you don’t have to reload just pull out shot and put away.

Have you tested this without Fortress to confirm that mod boosts all damage as you say it does? I ran the 2 together days ago and I didn't feel like my DPS was crazy high but I could've been mistaken

well fortress is 43% of armor. you need a lot of armor to reach the cap of 43%. if your armor is low then it wont be 43% but lower.

Easy way to test, earthquake and bleed them. Switch to weapon with fortress. Bleed tock damage goes up.

Yes what you see in this video is the FINAL bleed Build. With all perfectly rolled gear except my boots. But it's as close to perfect as it gets until I get that 1 drop. Plan on dropping the video tmrw.

I did do one thing which was I stuck with humanoid enemies and maps like frontier, boom town, chem plant, marshlands (which isn’t humanoids) basically easier maps until I reached Tlvl 7.. that helped me a lot.. best of luck. Also FYI, the VENDOR BAILEY is important. Most of my gear came from her, until I reached tlvl 10 as even if I clear on bronze I unlock the next difficulty tier, which then means my gear cap increases, thus she sells higher lvl gear .. but this is only the case till lvl 11 at which point you have to clear it on gold to get to lvl 12 ..

Tier 3 mod comes on seismic chest or pants I believe gives you 2 extra uses , plus the tier 1 mod gives you 1 extra use, making it total 4 uses

I been using that shot gun build for like 5 days now but I have my armor at 240 and when I'm in killing mobs my armor get to 600k to 1 million sometimes. Then when I used that shot gun I hit them 1.6 million and when there low health I hit the 2 million. Armor is key!!!

Fortress doesn't stack off max armor gained, it stacks off of base armor. I've had 1.3 million armor before and hot for the same... With that being said... I'm sure you have the damage calculations of this game are all over the place.

Its pronounced A-knee-moy. The Anemoi were the Greek wind gods, which governed and were each responsible for maintaining a cardinal direction and a type of weather. Just make sure your gear is always upgraded. As long as it is the difficulty doesnt really go up. Get 1 lego per run on ct15. Gateways and Mountain are the easiest to gold imo.
