Route de Turini (D2566) 🇫🇷 a scenic balcony road in France

Hidden in the southeastern part of France, near the Italian border, the road (D2566) to the summit (Col de Turini) features a long series of hairpin turns that winds up the side of the mountains. With numerous hairpins to challenge you and jaw-dropping scenery, Route de Turini is one of the most exciting roads in Europe. Located in the deep pine forests above Menton, it has been named as one of the world’s greatest roads. The road is one of the most dangerous and challenging stages of the Monte Carlo Rally.
