I just got mine from an online Chinese flea market and is exactly just the same as yours. I will never know how to use the jig until I saw this excellent demo video.

Really useful video. My one came with no instructions whatsoever and I could not work out where all the extra parts went or what they could be used for. Mystery now solved and agree it's worth the money as it's solidly and accurately made especially the capability of routing or cutting small diameter holes which is where DIY versions can't easily be made to do so...Many Thanks...Les

It's C. The corded RT0700 has the same base plate as the cordless router. Just ordered the C plate. Thanks for the heads up.

Not had mine long but it is amazing value for £18. Drilled mine (slow like plastic) for the plunge base and love it. You do have to watch rotation direction as the pin can unscrew itself ;) A tiny bit of thread lock soon sorts that though.

you should make a grommet that fits in the Festool holes and use that for the circle maker pin

I have one which is threaded it’s an aluminium dog but I’m not sure how I would use it to make a circle unless the piece I was making the circle with had a 20 mil hole in the middle

Hi that’s useful was also finding the cordless model top heavy .... if you had to modify Type C it may be that the cordless hole centres match Type B at 62mm and 70mm has anyone checked? Not near my machine at the moment ...
