I hv not gone for damping.....obviously damping definitely reduces outside noise but for rattling I doubt it

Sir I seen your video , while cleaning my suggestion is first clear the glasses first then the body cause we can avoid any scratches in glasses ,in body parts mud sticking to the cloth chances are mre
