Just an important note: If your discolored areas (especially sa neck and sa elbows/knees) are not due to SUN EXPOSURE-meaning di naman kayo nagbebeach or nagbibilad sa araw-another likely cause is the condition ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS which is common sa mga obese and/or may diabetes. Best to also check kung meron kayong ganitong conditions, kasi common cause din siya. This is still a valid concern to visit a dermatologist for. In fact, they may even give you medications and/or creams that may lighten it. Sila rin po ang makakapagbigay ng health advice sa inyo on how to resolve this. So don't be afraid to consult and stay informed! 🤍

Heto na lang ang next problem ko, mas maputi ang neck ko kaysa sa face ko. Baka may mairecomend ka na makakatulong na mas pumuti face compared to my neck. Thank u for sharing and God bless u more.
