Not really clear. You swapped L1 and L2 leads, but in Device second phase is showing L3, but L3 you didnt touch.

How do u know that red, blue, green represents L1, L2, L3?

Very simple, in this video used Megger 1730. If you look from top to megger 1730, you can see Red labelled as a L1, Green labelled as a L2 and Blue labelled as a L3. These are the identifications of test leads given by the Megger. So, if you switch on setting phase sequence and then connect Red cable to L1, Green cable to L2 and Blue cable to L3 you easily test the phase sequence.

HVAC guy here. If I inform the electrician our units are A, B, C with clockwise rotation should he be able to wire it correctly???

Ok..... So your units are clockwise and you want them wired clockwise think we can manage that
