The British forces now would not allow at injured man to be carried on a Land Rover now They have to call the Local Ambalance Service and thats a fact god knows what happens on ops

That is nothing new or surprising. MR will get people to a paved road where we transfer the cas to a road ambulance. If they need treatment in a hurry we'll call air ambulance or where possible RAF SAR to fly them out. A rattly old Landy is not my transport of choice. By the time you get to a road the cas is begging to be let out.
