I'll check with KZbin soon. Apparently they again have problems. The 360p problem happened numerous times before

After your report I told KZbin support and they said to help. It's disappointing that it takes so long but we'll see... Update 2023-08-06: They are still looking into it. I've had such problem several times. Their interface shows SD HD 4K but when it's published it's only SD. So I'd have to check every video manually again which defeats the purpose of their interface. Maybe tomorrow...
