You’ll most likely fly to Pula - Pula Airport is about 25 miles/40km south of Rovinj, and there are some direct buses from there to the town. Beautiful old Italian town Rovigno, unfortunatly occupied after WWII by Jugoslavia and now by Croatia. What we see here is all Italian and has nothing to do with Croatia whatsoever! Poor Rovigno..
