You all should do energetic movement, especially for guys. Otherwise you will not burn extra fat. This is old ppl type if movements. To burn alm those unwanted fat you have to have HIIT type of movements, going down, bending, circling your waist , up and down. PUMP YPUR HEART. This type of movement will not even burn 100 calories 👎. Worst still I dont see footware😱😥👎, let alone good support footware for extra cushion for HIIT movements.
