Take a look at this video, I walk through the wiring in pretty good depth. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hKSskn2Vm8d0hJYsi=J97ROrzKCF9FVTW6 Email me at genesgreenmachine@gmail.com if you have more questions or want to share pictures.

Sir it is okay to use 350W ebike motor hub? Btw thank you Sir

Thanks again. I haven't seen the ultra capacitors, that you added to the circuit, before. Do you have a description or Amazon link for them? Are they necessary for the project?

I had used some smaller ones in my original build, but found they limited max output to about 120 watts. By using these larger ultra capacitors, 250 or more watts are possible. Amazon link: amzn.to/3qGVskT

Thanks for the video, Have you tried to charge a 12 volt battery with this setup? I think there will be more rolling blackouts soon.

Yes sir! It actually works quite well. The DPS5020 can put hundreds of watts into a battery, I’ve been able to put about 250 watts for a short time (I’m a 50-something non-rower)

How efficient is the generator and conversion process? as the average person should be able to output about 150 W steady state.

There is about 15% loss from the bridge rectifier and charge controller. I haven’t measured the loss of the Grid Tie Inverter, but I suspect it will be about 80% efficient. So using your 150 watts output, about 100 watts will make it into the grid. Not great, but better than just pushing air or generating heat!
