Równica - a mountain peak with a height of 884.6 m above sea level. in a branch of the Vistula Range in the Silesian Beskids, located between the Vistula and Brennica valleys. The slopes and the top are covered with forests, mainly beech and mixed. On a glade near the top, at an altitude of 758 m above sea level. there is a former PTTK shelter in Równica, opened in 1928, whose appearance refers to regional architecture. Inside there is a GOPR facility.
From July 4, 1934, a public asphalt road from Ustroń leads to the shelter. At the top of Równica and next to the hostel, there are junctions of marked tourist trails, which can be used to reach the center of Ustroń, Ustroń Polana, Skoczów, Brenna and the Salmopolska Pass. The Main Beskid Trail runs through here. From the top, there is a vast panorama of the Silesian Beskids with the peaks of Czantoria Wielka, Mała, Tuł, Skrzyczne, Soszów Wielki, Barania Góra, and Malinowska Skała.
At the western foothills of Równica, in Zawodzie, there is a large spa resort of the Ustroń Health Resort. At the foot of the southern foothills, in the valley of the Jaszowiec stream, there is a large holiday resort also called Jaszowiec.
