The Windhawk on the 4th job got a big boost on the damage. The falcon damage now can scale with the DEX stat, making the windhawk to deal damage from both the normal attack arrow and the falcon, and furthermore it can crit! HOWEVER, the recent update in the taiwan server shows that the falcon attack trigger chance is no longer affected by the LUK anymore!? you really don't need luck to trigger falcon, that's how it is from the start. Just like my dex and int sniper in new server, my falcon syncs with my normal attack.

It is still a buff....a very big buff....dex gives very high normal attack and u have the falcon that hits so hard like the original int falcon build...with very fast attack speed, falcon attack would still trigger even without luck....this class can melt even those vit class

​​@@tatsdgreat8886 but with only Base 10% chance before adding another 20% chance from Wild Awakening and SE Engraved Falconry Mastery II, which was no longer 100% chance even with SE 10, can you even expect that would be big buff? If you wait for 4th Job Shadow Equipment skills, it would be too late as recent OP classes like Ninja, Shura, etc were already got 4th Job as well.

Spade! I'm currently on a Mid game using Dragon Knight but I always feel dissapointed because of MVP/Mini skills that kills melee unit fast! It's really hard to do BH alone, do you think it's worth it to change job to Wind Hawk?

@@ericksongarcia3310 hi since you are from STR class, it is easier to change to other STR range job class like bow weapon shadow chaser. Windhawk is dex so you need to change a lot, i suggest go for long range bow shadow chaser instead all you need to do is change the weapon.

@@ericksongarcia3310 SC is a poison build. For windhawk, now players are going for the neutral build to include the falcon damage, at 4th job the falcon damage can now change to scale with the dex stat.

@@emersonamurao3272 hi to answer, 1. The falconry mastery now has a fix trigger rate of 10% if I'm not mistaken, and looks like nothing can increase it otherwise. 2. Steel crow description is still the same, the damage formula is still scale with int, but the 4th job hawk mastery skill reverse the damage formula to scale it with dex if you have higher dex stat. Take note that we will have 4th job SE, so hopefully it got do something with the falcon trigger rate.

@@silverclimber the simple way for you to understand why DEX Crit's Elemental era was Neutral+Holy Dual Element build : - You use Holy Element for Normal Arrow Attack for proc DMG Bonus from Passive Skill Elemental Arrow - Your Neutral Enhancement went for your Falcon & Warg as well - Neutral & Holy Enhancement were usually went up altogether from cards & divinities, except Alarm Card, Clock Card, & Izlude Enchantment.

Falcon & Warg that can Crit feature can only be used for Longbow. If you use Shortbow, Falcon & Warg never Crit.

Falconry Mastery that doesn't use LUK for the chance is a big nerf. What's the use of crit falcon if you are dead from the charging Rune Knight ??.

@@sama.4085 you can actually not get the hawk mastery skill and not getting the hawk bird (just use the falcon, at 4th job you can change the falcon to the hawk at the rent falcon NPC, a different bird) and remain as a INT falcon build. This is also an option for the INT falcon build.

Well that update is now very decent, they put crit on true purpose.. In the old game, the crit type includes skills and before there was no ppen and mpen.. They bring back to the old build

R.I.P. Ranger INT The recent nerf of Falconry Mastery cuts half of Ranger INT's original damage dealt, as their main damage dealer was Falcon only. The new skill for Falcon (Hawk Rush)'s damage dealt was still inferior than Falcon Assault, and also with low DEX and low Haste due to Longbow, its cooldown would be very long. INT Warg only increases Skill Coefficient per 6 points of INT, which still very useless as long as INT build's P.ATK was very low. INT Trap's damage increase was too little because 1% per 600 points of INT, and with full INT, Trap's damage can't be maximized as only DEX+INT mixed build can. As for other new offensive skills, their damage formula were still P.ATK based.

​@@KingSpadeGamingi think the best meta now is allocate your stats 51% dex 49% int, crit, and p. dmg bonus.. you will get 48-50% falcon rate, 12.5% auto BB,FA,HR and 12.5% prowling wolf in mixed chances.
