Ive fallen in love with this girl's music since I heard her play the best ever version of Debussi's 'Clair Du Lune'. Such a poised, classic and magnificent arrangement, it moves me to tears 'every' time I listen. This, the first time I've heard her play this piece and it is indeed also a joy! I placed my name on the notification list for her debut album in April 21, but as yet I have heard nothing nor have my searches bore any fruit. I suspect this piece may well be taken from that very collection? I can hardly wait to hear the aforesaid debut album. I wish her every success and if there is any justice in this, or any other world, Roxane will reach and surpass it. 💖

Thanks so much, Doctor Gradus is one of my favorite Debussy piece. I even tried to arrange it for the guitar a decade ago, but came nowhere close to the 'flowiness' (for lack of a better word) of this version. I hope the 'concert season' will resume for good so I can see this beauty being performed live around Paris.

les pianistes prennent ça à 144 à la noire, mais vous, comme d'autres guitaristes, le prennent bcp plus lentement, ce qui donne une autre dimension à ce morceau. Contrairement à Bach, ou la beauté mathématique se révèle quand on joue à tempo, ici c'est tout le contraire. Merci!
