@@GenNTiva Spoilers on Power of Three. Leafpool had kits with Crowfeather, but that’s not allowed. SquirrelFlight did actually have a litter but they were all still born. Leafpool was telling SquirrelFlight that she’s pregnant so SquirrelFlight can take LeafPools litter as her own.

Squirrelflight didn't had milk (cause she didn't had kits on her own) and everyone thought this was just a problem of Squilf, that she couldnt give milk and so Daisy gave them milk cause she had kits at that time. Brambles and Squilfs kits (Alderheart, Sparkpelt, Dandelionkit and Juniperkit) were born between Season 4 and 6.

this entire map is absolutely fantastic, but there's one little animation that really stuck out to me on my rewatch here! kay2036's part at about 2:19 you can see squirrelflight pull her tail away as soon as brambleclaw had his back to them! i think that little symbolism of squirrelflight perhaps not considering ashfur as seriously as brambleclaw is portrayed so neatly there! it kinda sets up a little foreshadowing about what the rest of the map has to show!

What never fails to baffle me is I could never figure out this version of the song anywhere uploaded online, there are so many key differences from the both original and extended versions from the film's soundtrack. Nothing ever comes near to exact as the one in the MAP. It could very well be unique to this video in particular but the audio manipulation is outstanding!! I could understand a few cut out instrumental moments but parts with singing/ talking where the music is completely different or even when the lyrics differ, makes my brain so smooth >:0 I'm just so curious how it was done, its been YEARSSS

I figured it was Hollyleaf's guilt of her killing a cat while not in battle, which is against the Warrior Code, something that she was super against, on top of the pressure of knowing that she wasn't Bramble's kid, and eventually figuring out that not only was she half-clan, but also the kit of a medicine cat. Lots of stuff that piled on, and she took it out on Ashfur. Now as to why they did it for PLOT, I have no idea.

Warrior cats fans are like Sonic the Hedgehog fans, it's come to a point in the franchise where the fans are clearly better at making work for the series than the current people working on it are, and at this rate they just need to hire their fans! So many OG warriors animators in this, all so talented. by far one of the most incredible and cohesive examples of what the WC community is capable of. 8 minutes of eye candy, seriously, even years later. Again, I don't think I would even want an official animation of Warriors without fans being involved. Videos like this set the bar up high, and with this supposed Warriors movie being stuck in production hell, I'm not holding my breath that we can exceed the incredible work you guys have done. I hope some of you can take inspiration and create your own series, you're all so incredibly capable. ❤

Yeah gotta admit. The fans make EVERYTHING better from what i see. Like idk man, there official site & merch is even disappointing. I do like some of it, but it’s definitely not up to par with my expectations . I feel like if fans ran the site… YES SOME THINGS would be out of hand, un-age appropriate, and out of line with the book series’s intent/constraint on certain things. If you even at this point would care to know. Or don’t know yet. Story is a love triangle. Basically she liked the brown cat 1st, they fought so she got with the gray cat MOSTLY as a “screw you” to the brown cat and cus the gray 1 was being much nicer. She never really loved the gray cat but he loved her with all of his heart & risked his life for her multiple times. But it just kinda ticked her off. So she dumped him off for the brown cat after the 2 of them had stopped fighting. The gray cat lost his F’ing mind. And out of grief becomes very hostile. She lies about having kits. There her sisters forbidden kits. So she lies to everyone about it to protect her sister. The gray cat tried killing ‘her kits’ & finds out the truth. 1 of the now grown up kits kills him to at 1st keep the secret. But than out of rage tells EVERYONE the secret and ruins the relationship she & the brown cat had.

So all y'all who have never read a warriors book: they are seriously so good. Like it's adventure mixed with political struggles and war and you never know who is going to die or when and ugh. Just really good. Edit: I... kind of rescind this statement. The books are all over the place in quality, and though I did enjoy them as a kid and many of the arcs are still pretty good, some of them and their themes in retrospect hit me the wrong way. @taywayrose8487 in the comments put it pretty well.

All Squirrelflight did was get her heart broken so she turned to her closest friend for some friendship and fun a distraction while having fun, never did she intend to break Ashfur's heart. All she needed and wanted was a breather from all of the relationship drama with her husband, who was also going through an awful lot as well, and she thought she could trust Ashfur who was almost like her brother, but here we are.

I'm so so sooooo glad you decided to finish this! I thought your reasoning for never finishing the first one was sound and I was willing to live with it but now that we have the joke version and the real version it makes the project doubly as sweet! it always sorta made me sad that parts like nifty's never got to shine and honestly finishing it just for those few outstanding parts. I was lucky that mine was in both versions but I digress. I think all your friends did a fantastic fantastic job! not to mention that outro was stunning! you all didn't have to do that but it just added that extra level of polish. ^^ I wish you the best of luck with your future projects and I hope that if you ever have need of an animator you might keep me in mind and reach out!

Someone on reddit mentioned in a comment that you have to consider that Moon might be biased, which is important to remember in an analysis about a possibly abusive character. Squirrel is Moon's one of her favourite characters, if not her fave, it's very possible to unknowingly carry bias with you in an analysis.

Ok so this is a while after this was posted but lemme rant for a second. This is my FAVORITE Warrior’s map for several reasons. #1. The song choice. Moulin Rouge is my absolute FAVORITE movie alongside Chicago and the Labyrinth, and this song is simply fantastic. #2. The animation in this map is FLAWLESS. Everything’s so smooth, colorful and fits together oh so perfectly. #3. The end credits. Oh dear LORD holy Jesus I freakin love those end credits. I can’t put my finger on it as to why I do adore it so much, but I just really do. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk
