you gave the same conditions for both questions yet sometimes the answers vary. How does that make any sense. You rly should have highlighted how it could be No for the first but yes for the second question because based on your explanation there's no way to differentiate between the two.

Thanks for the feedback. Please re-watch the video because I do describe exactly how to answer each question and no, the conditions are not the same for each. I don’t specifically talk about the relationship between the answers to each question and I fact I state that you should not look for a pattern. You have to draw out the lewis structure first. The condition to determine whether if the compound can bond with water is if it has F, O, N OR H-F, H-O, H-N. It can be one of the two options. Whereas, to determine the hydrogen-bonding force between molecules of the compound the conditions is that you need both F, O, N and H-F, H-O, H-N.
