I see a lot of potential in this new Roxy, but I can see her falling out of the meta just as easily. All depends on who the next few units are

It's all festival characters fault lol. They always have some new gimmick or ridiculous passive and as Roxy is a "normal" unit she gets stuck with some basic stuff. Flood was new with The One, now it's a regular card effect. We see Meli with his true magic and crazy ult, T1 Ult with his scorch and living after death, Mael with sunspot, Festerossa with the darkness etc. I mean I know why they do it but it's so boring to just keep seeing the same damn teams because nothing else works :(

I made her hp/def...top pieces substat attack, 2 crit chance n 2 crit dmg just for fun...hahaha...still does quite a damage thou...

Interesting, I think if you wanna rely on Escanor or someone else on the team then HP/Def could be good on her.

Shame she has the typical "flood" card. How many units will they slap that on :( for a basic I'd of preferred sever for her single target and change her ult to an aoe flood if they really wanted to give her that on her kit.

It is unfortunate that flood is so common now. I like it but as soon as you take some damage it just kinda ruins the units lol.

@@Nalyd yep, I mean can they really not have given her something else? Maybe a Traitor Meli kind of kit as he is no longer useable. Something that buffs herself for survival and have an amplify card perhaps? She could build madness stacks. They just gave lady Frey a bloody flood card just a month ago but also gave her a good aeo pierce, good unique and a pretty great ult. Then they bone the catastrophes. Why marble why!?!?

Whenever I face demons I always start with estarossa...they're significantly nerfed without the darkness

I need to start focusing him. I tend to get scared of the true magic or having to get through a chandler counter so I just go for meli if I can.

@@Nalyd yh the chandler counter can be a pain but meliodas is very much less effective without darkness stacks..in my experience he usually leaves my units with just enough hp after true magic and thats usually great for me because..lifesteal

I don't think Arthur has aged that badly for the job he takes, humans just don't have anything compared to darkness. Also I saw a comment calling flood effect "typical" and then saying they would prefer sever... on Roxy... bruh.

I think that does kind of show his age in a way though. I dont think hes bad by any means but he's just not up to the current meta standards now. I do think flood is a bit played out and kind of bad sometimes. Definitely dont think sever is the way to go but if it was also spike or pierce for a consistent boost then I'd be a bit happier.

@@Nalyd I didn't reply to them cause making them feel bad about not reading a couple of sentences in a passive doesn't really solve an issue that way too common to GC players. I have discord for that anyways.

@@Nalyd I want NM to give other skill effects the weak point and sever treatment cause otherwise flood is still one of the better options. They've buffed flood and spike but only keep them on those units instead of giving at least one to Roxy.
