What wonderful finished projects. I would be thrilled if anyone gave me these just as they are. One day soon I hope to get started doing my own mixed media art cards and journals. I've been watching artists, Shannon Green, Cat Hand, Mike Deakin and (now, since COVID-19 prevents his attending Steam Punk shows where he sold his wonderful Steam Punk items) his partner Ian, Mrs. Cog, Tracy Fox Love, Treasure Books, you, and others. Somewhere along the way, I started saving junk mail, and finding treasures in sewing stores, my post office, and magazines. I'm in the process of sorting, cleaning and organizing. When I get everything set up in my garden room which has windows facing N, E, and S into my small garden back of my condo. At 76, I'm starting a little late, but I know I'll love it. When I grow up, I'd love to be half the artist and person you already are. Thank you.

I followed this 100 day journey of yours like others followed a soapy. Ecxept for the inspiration of each unique project was your personal inner strength and humour to cope in the most unnatural and life threatening circumstances we are currently facing here in Gauteng South Africa with the Corona virus infections and deaths. But being inspired to stay creative kept me balanced and focused on being alive and well. Can't bear to think you are nearly done. Thank you Rachel, Lulu and also your sister!

I started watching this video and half way through, I was so inspired and amazed that I went to watch the first part. Seeing how gorgeous this insert turned out, I wouldn’t have imagined how you have been challenged at the beginning with the flaps. You are such a magician in transforming paper into art pieces! What you call mistakes are things that we also come across and it’s beautiful how to all learn together. Thank you!

These are the cutest little booklet inserts. I made one with Patricia out of some really BAD paper and got tickled when you talked about different qualities of papers!!!!!! I didn't even bother to cover mine, I just folded and "tried" to get the little pockets attached so I could do it later with some better paper!!!! Love your video and your inserts are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

Love this flippy folder. Add a couple pages in the center and it’s the perfect “thinking of you” or birthday gift card. We are in a surge of COVID-19 in my city. We have about 100,000 population. Not a huge city, still a nice size. I am back on full quarantine except for a doctor’s appointment tomorrow. Have had the appointment for a year so hate to cancel. Takes so long to get in for a checkup. I will mask up, wash my hands and not touch my face. You are such an inspiration during this time. I don’t know what I will do when I don’t have your video everyday. How about a extension since some of us are still on quarantine. It would be something to look forward to. My grandchildren start school in about 5 weeks but if this has not improved my middle and youngest will not go to school. They are 4 and 7 and don’t really understand how important it is to not touch and wash your hands throughly. Also, not sure how good they would be at wearing a mask. We will see what will come.

oh Rachel Rachel lol - the loudness of your voice in the last 10 minutes is the loudness you need to do throughout your videos - i guess when you are soft spoken your camera mic doesn't pick up your voice - but besides that - these are wonderful - so pretty - i have enough fairy prints to do one of them so i will do this tomorrow - thanks for the inspiration - be well xx

I usually don’t have trouble hearing Rachel. But here’s what I do if a video or podcast is too low and the device is at maximum, I cup my hand around the speaker with my palm towards my face...it amplifies sound a great deal. You can also use a bowl or a Bluetooth speaker to improve the volume. The speakers are really affordable on Amazon. You can sometimes plug your device into the speaker if you get one with a jack. Then you don’t need Bluetooth. Here’s an example: www.amazon.com/dp/B016XTADG2?tag=duckduckgo-ipad-20&linkCode=osi&th=1&psc=1. Hope this is helpful to you. Thanks. -Victoria Kay

Rachel, first, these came out so cute -- oh, man -- it is 11:15 PM, and the nightly fireworks are beginning -- they usually start around 10, so I was hopeful -- these are those big ones and they sound like canons exploding when they go off -- and then the gun fire -- I have five days and nowhere to live (but am hopeful), and I might have to go out there and tell them to behave -- ugh -- there are no mistakes, but happy accidents -- you wouldn't believe how many pockets, envelopes, etc. I glued together, and I learned from you -- "it doesn't matter" and now I just snip them back open !!! Also I learned -- i'm such a dip stick -- instead of trying to painstakingly get the sticky flap from a junk mail envelope, especially one with a window -- you can just snip along the top -- learned that from you, too -- ooh -- my state is slowly coming back to work -- my rheumatologist thinks it's too soon -- but apparently it was the last straw for somebody, they must have called the police, because there are blue light specials everywhere -- which make more noise than the fireworks -- thank you so much for posting every day -- I know how hard it is, and time consuming -- you are such a delight, and it's good to know when something doesn't go precisely according to plan, you can still save it and look how cute this turned out? I'm going to try to get up really early and start moving my plants to the community garden where I purchased two plots -- for $20 -- ha -- we made our version of bruschetta for supper, and boy, was it delicious -- most of the fresh ingredients right from my garden : ' (
