So cheerful and bright. I love seeing what’s possible. And the penny dropped regarding the use of milliner’s needles! That’ll be a Godsend.

Hi Sarah! I love your Bouncing Bunny block! All of the embellishing elements ... the sequins, flowers, & seed beads .. help to make such a big difference in the texture of your piece! The sequins and beads add just the right touch of sparkle to your piece! It is wonderful! I think that I would like to add the sparkle element to mine also. Your block is just lovely! Really Great Job Sarah! I am really learning so much about slow stitching from you and Rachel! I really appreciate all of the time and effort you are putting into this project for all of us, especially the newbies like me! You are both fantastic ladies. I wish to thank you very much! It means a great deal to me personally. TFS Happy Stitching! Samantha

I love how the sequins while very small give just the right amount of sparkle and interest to you piece. I love it and will have to give it a go but will need to buy some beading needles first. I don't think I have anything small enough for seed beads. Thank you for sharing.
@roxycreationsbysarah2 жыл бұрын
Bead needles are really helpful but it’s a very small eye. That’s why I used my silk thread as I wouldn’t get a standard sewing cotton through the eye 😊

Absolutely gorgeous, I am almost done my title page, I am hoping to catch up so I am not always behind, I have a few crochet wool threads could I use those in place of the wool threads you have used and what would be the best needle to use with wool threads. I have arthritis in my hands but so far it hasn't been so bad that I cant do my slow stitching. Really enjoying this calming craft. Thanks so much for sharign all your skills , Your work is outstanding. On some things I do like learning from a right handed person others it doesn't seem to matter so much Also thanks so much for the inspiration Hugs and Smiles
@roxycreationsbysarah2 жыл бұрын
Hi Lori, it depends on the thread size by my go to for a thicker thread would be a Chenille needle as they are easy to thread 😁
