i dont really this, it's a bit patronizing tbh trying to promote equality and the quality of black coaches, by trying to help with a career by treating them based on their skin colour?, fuck that im black and if i ever wanted to become a coach i'd want to be included wiv the rest of those that want the similar career as me being, white or asian, chuck me in there with the rest of them, and i'll show what i can do.
