We just purchased an Apha 7000. Though the manual describes the coupon process, no one can tell us how to access the cpn button which is just to the right of the Main on/Off button with the esc button. Last tech support person I spoke with was not able to give us an answer. Very much appreciate any help you can give us.

You want to go to the x-2 or z-2 (will zero out the amounts) periodic reports and set the beginning and end dates of the period for your report.
