I just came off of the ovation and agree with a lot of what you mentioned. The one thing in the main dining room I liked is if you had a request for something they didn’t have on the menu, all I had to do was ask for the item. I wanted chicken noodle soup and they went and found some for me and never told us no on anything. Royal Caribbean has the best service bar none not just in the dining area but around the entire ship. Shoutout to our waiters Kevin and Solomon. They were awesome.

Hi was the escargot only in the main dining room?

I believe so, it was one of the appetizers in the main dining room on one of the nights.

If we don’t do the “my time” dining, how do we apply for early dining? We cruise 6-7-24

If I remember correctly, you can select your dining time on the website once you're logged in. Otherwise you could try giving Royal Caribbean a call. If all that fails I would go talk to the maitre d on the ship as soon as you board.
