Yes you are right in your part, me to had such issues in service and supply department of RE, They didn't had a 12v battery for my classic 350cc when required, later I myself had to arrange and purchase the same, RE has to improve coustomer service department 🔩🛠️💐and should need improvement please, thanks for you valuable information Sir.

Jo worker hote hai plant me unpe bohot jada pressure hota hai ,unhe subha plant me enter hote hi target diya jata hai, khana kharab milta hai or koi baithne ki chair v ni milti ,lagatar 8 to 9 hr bina baithe kam karwate hai ,worker se wo v 10 se 12 thousand monthly de kr ,to thora socho bhai apka product bilkul perfect tabhi niklega ga na jab sabhi assemble worker mentally khus honge.

If you really want to enjoy the ride and handling, then you should go for Honda Hyness, without any partiallty I have to say this that Hyness is much much refined product then standard 350

Take them to consumers court. My thunderbird 350 engine is giving black smoke and piston kit and hydraulic lifter is damaged now. But they are not taking any notice. I am taking them to court and they will definitely pay. Do please take this to court they will improve and they will definitely pay all🤬🤬🤬🤬

Seriously royal enfield poori tarah se uske customers ke saath khilwad kar raha hai.. Because itne saare cases a rahe hai bs6 ke, that it's really worrying, and har time rider ki galti nahi ho sakti isme!! Doosri baat mein apko sahi bata raha hu royal enfield official service centers ki service bilkul faltu rehti hai, aur agar ho sake to ap official free services complete hone ke baad, apni bike apne city ke koi famous bullet expert ko dena, kyu ki royal enfield official service center ki paid service kisi kaam ki nahi!! Mere pass classic 350 hai, 2012, bs3 model and luckily us time pe royal enfield ne apni quality maintained rakhi thi, to ye sab problems mujhe kabhi nai aye..

Bhai mujhe gaddi liyea hua 20 din ho chuke hai mujhe bhi bhut problem aa rahi hai engine malfunction light ki kbi on hoo jati hai and kbi band ho jati hai work shop walo k pas jyo toh pta nahi unko samj hi nahi aata kuch. Don't go with BS-IV, its also having so many problems, like u can't fill the petrol tank fully, charcol canister & purge valve & petrol tank sensor also makes problem, i face so many problems in BS-IV, & at the end i have sell the bike in just 11 months, with the loss of 35 thousand.

@@samkar5714 see till now I haven't faced any major issues in this bike, but I suggest you pls take proper test drive of your bike before delivery and check the alignment, because many people faced this alignment and right side pulling issue while driving, and carefully do the pre delivery inspection don't believe in showroom guy if you found any thing improper then immediately refuse to take delivery, rest all ok, and don't fill the tank full, otherwise your bike will start missing at times....keep it around 600-700 rupees petrol in it not more than that
