Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Saturday Evening Sniffle

After an awful week of weather and the man flu I finally got to take a short trip out on Walter. The usual barely comprehensible rambling ensued and this week I had to contend with pigeons and cyclists crossing my path.

Re the stuck screws, get a reverse, or, left handed drill bit. I have struggled on with bolt extractors in the past, where the reverse drill bit has done the job straight away! You just pop it into your drill and run it in reverse, as it bites into the material, it will unscrew and extract the remainder of the screw. Just make sure the bit is small enough and you drill centrally so you dont knacker the thread.

Nice little ride to blow the cobwebs away... Re trivia and the deer, the British mainland has around 1.5 million of them and here in Oz we have around the same number. However, we also have around 50 million kangaroos, plus 750,000 emus and 3 million wild camels, so our chances of hitting large wildlife are a lot higher. Hit a 'roo at speed and it can wreck the car; on a bike, it's goodnight.

Nice ride. I would agree that motorcycling is theraputic but that largely depends on where you are able to ride. A good network of B roads like that would be wonderful.
