I'm really disappointed in Royal Enfield's chassis. My Thunderbird's chassis got fully bent on a minor accident with a dio. Dio ka khali brake light assembly gaya par mera fork aur chassis bhi bend ho gaya.

It's not the chassis which is broken, it's the handlebar stopper on t-stem, it happens on falls or crashes.

Febil hah hah I know what it is but no it doesn't happen that often and probably shouldn't in crashes like mine which was only a little drop. re has quality issues. himalayans chassis is pretty much broken tho

Royal enfield is not listening to customer's complaint and continuing with the old weak chassis in all the RE bikes. The bike cost more than 1 lakh and tjis is what they give to customer. STOP praising RE.

I’d recommend the Interceptor 650 as a perfect upgrade over this.But the Dominar 400 is also an extremely capable tourer, just that it can’t match the sheer smoothness,insane performance of the Twin. Get rid of this prehistoric waterpump on wheels.You deserve better.

You could have modified it better you have wasted lot more money because even I owns a classic 500 and I had faced same issue so I turned it into 535cc and performance carb engine plus bobber body work or you could have gone for interceptor style if you maintain stock then your bike wouldn't face this problem brother

Now that the foot brake lever has been heated, it has lost all it's metallurgical strength. It is a disaster waiting to happen, go and get a new one as soon as possible, before you too are lying somewhere like the Himalayan guy . RE parts are notorious for inferior metal strength . I would never do these kind of Kamikaze chop shop repairs, just to save a few bucks .
