My thought exactly. Grab rails in the metro looks too Pulsar-ish. The identity of RE is lost somewhere. I just wish there is a lowrider seat or thinner seat for shorter riders, I am 5'5", if these bikes has seat height of about 780 mm I can rider more comfortably.

Test drove a Re Hunter Retro today, the bike is superb, looks a lot better than the metro , one can always customise the bike from after market accessories, if re would have given a disc brake at the rear it would have been much better, re gives the retro without a center stand which one would have to spend and add . As a package the retro is any day a more appealing motorcycle.

I live the design of retro variant with spoke wheel , back grab handle style, and small rectangular side turn indicator.... All i will do is convert the the stock tubed wheel to tubeless

Seeing all its +ve and -ve, I would say skip this bike. Rather buy a Honda CB350. I covered the whole south India on it recently (15000 Km in 3 months )and can say that Honda is class apart in terms of performance, reliability, off roading, top speed, and I was riding at 120kmph most of the time, with zero vibrations. ❤️

Hello to all, i own a GT650, a piece of advice to all,before buying a RE bike please find a good local mechanic and a genuine RE parts dealer, the bikes are good but the RE service centre guys are thieves,conman and first class idiots😠,if you tell them a problem-their solution is test their test drive vehicle,first they will try to make the customer to feel like an idiot and make him believe that the problem doesn't exist and it is only a customer's imagination,if at all they accept the problem in the bike then they will advice you to change more than 3-4 parts even when the the problem can be rectified by just changing a single part,over and above that even when a customer is paying for the repair and parts then also RE service centre behave like sarkari office as if they are doing a favour on you🤯🥴,never buying an RE bike again in my lifetime😤
