Got my Ronin special edition delivered today! Man, that exhaust is bassy af. Torque generation is immediate right from the bottom end, and this thing flies through the mid range of every gear. My personal favourite is the 4th gear, most practical gear for city traffic. Can go as low as 29 and pull off right from there in a jiffy! Excellent machine.

I don't understand why the Honda 350s don't get much love from journalists. They have the smoothest 350cc SOHC engines, look good, feel great, and ride well. Compared to that the J series engine feels harsh like a tractor once the engine oil has heated up. The Ronin on the other hand is vibey. I like the engine TVS puts on the 160 RTR, just not a fan of the one on the Ronin.

Rode both and felt hunter is less strained at higher speeds but ronin starts vibrating and becomes crude as the speed builds up.

REs are best ridden in cities. The effortlessness and comfort they offer in the worst of city roads is simply unmatched On the flipside, if it's not for passion or something, no one would consider taking an RE out on the highways, the dynamics doesn't inspire a bit of confidence. It's best left to cruise at 65 to 70 which a platina or CT100 would definitely do.

Please Reply..... I am planning to buy Ronin as it is more comfortable and has more features(all Led Lights, slipper clutch) than its competitor Hunter 350. However I have also watched videos of tvs Ronin having chain noise issues and sensor problems which is making me rethink my decision as tvs service is not that great. I don't understand the point of this video. How can a channel become biased? Both bikes were compared and ofc both are available for purchase but why would you compare a base variant RE Hunter and a top variant TVS Ronin & at the end of the video you are spreading misinformation because on-road price of a base model bike and another top model bike will be so different. Most Indians will have biased decisions to go for RE Hunter as you have showcased it to be the higher cc n less pricier.

I went for test drive of both RE and Ronin, Base model of Ronin is 2L approx. I don't think its misinformation. Loved the Ronin, its definitely more comfortable than RE.

@@DhanilVira ronin = more nimble ,suspension ,weight , whole alloy ,better acceleration marginally , hunter = better lowend ,overall lower rpm ,more stable better sound 👌🏻= draw ,overall geometry size wieght and max performance are pretty close 👌🏻 only displacement and at which rpm each engine operate differ the most 👍🏻if you forget about displacement factor we can clearly put both in the same class 🤷🏻‍♂️👌🏻
